These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of qaziumrahtravels.com and to all enquiries and bookings made with Qazi Umrah Tours & Travels. By using this website or booking our services, you agree to these terms.
1. Our Services
We provide assistance with Umrah tour packages, flight ticket booking, hotel accommodation, visa assistance, transportation arrangements and customised travel packages. Information on this website is for general guidance only; final package details are confirmed in writing at the time of booking.
2. Prices and Package Details
- Prices depend on travel dates, airfares, hotel category, room sharing, duration and inclusions, and are quoted on enquiry.
- Quotes are subject to availability and may change until the booking is confirmed and paid as agreed.
- Inclusions and exclusions are those stated in your written booking confirmation.
3. Bookings and Payments
- A booking is confirmed only after receipt of the agreed advance or full payment and the required documents.
- Payment schedules will be shared with your quotation.
- You are responsible for providing accurate traveller details exactly as shown in passports.
4. Visa and Travel Documents
We assist with visa procedures, but approval is solely at the discretion of the relevant authorities of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. We cannot guarantee visa issuance or timelines. Travellers must hold a valid passport and meet all health and entry requirements in force at the time of travel.
5. Third-Party Services
Flights, hotels and ground transport are provided by independent third parties. Their own terms, schedules and policies apply, and we are not liable for delays, cancellations, schedule changes or service issues caused by them, or by events beyond our reasonable control.
6. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellation requests must be made in writing (email or WhatsApp) by the person who made the booking.
- Refunds depend on the cancellation and refund rules of the airline, hotel, visa authority and other service providers at the time of cancellation.
- Visa fees and non-refundable components such as certain airfares and hotel bookings are generally not refundable once processed.
- Applicable service charges and cancellation charges will be deducted, and the balance, if any, refunded to the original payment method within a reasonable time after we receive it from the providers.
- Changes to dates or names are subject to availability and any charges applied by service providers.
7. Communications Consent
By submitting an enquiry with the consent box ticked, you agree to receive calls, SMS messages and emails from Qazi Umrah Tours & Travels about your enquiry, quotes and services. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help at any time. Consent is not a condition of purchase. See our Privacy Policy for details.
8. Website Use
The content, logo and design of this website belong to Qazi Umrah Tours & Travels and may not be copied without permission. We aim to keep information accurate but do not guarantee that it is complete or current at all times.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi.
